The operating room and anesthesia of a breast lift in the Las Vegas area come to a benchmark of $3,164 in a surgery center in 2026, against $3,115 at national rates, and liposuction of the trunk to $2,272. The FY 2026 wage index of the Las Vegas-Henderson-North Las Vegas area is 1.0366 before floor and reclassification, above the national level, which raises the surgery center room a little; hospitals receive 1.0551. For anesthesia, Medicare treats all of Nevada as one locality, whose 2026 conversion factor is $20.27, below the national $20.50. The two effects partly offset. The surgeon's fee is not included: a Las Vegas practice sets it in its own way and no public file publishes it, so the calculator adds it only from your quote. Patients who travel to the city for surgery should add lodging and the days spent near the surgeon after the operation.
Breast lift, with or without implants

Visitors and residents
Medicare rates do not depend on where the patient lives, only on where the operation takes place, so a visitor and a resident face the same benchmark. What differs is the cost around the operation: a visitor pays for lodging and stays near the surgeon for the first follow-up visits, which the recovery page can price as extra days and items. Liposuction of the trunk comes to $2,272 here, its anesthesia line at the Nevada factor; a longer session adds about $41 per half hour.
